Fix Carthage infantry bug

Mainly updated Russian localization, also added some troops to Egyptian towns to prevent instant revolts, and fixed some other localization, and added milkerman's map for Nabataea.

Update adds several new regions (4 in the Middle East, 1 in Thrace), a few renamed regions, new character names, and other random fixes

Fix spy strat no_variation issue (per Andron's report).

Updated Judea recruitment to work in both Eastern and Egyptian settlements, adjusted some Italic strat graphic textures, added 30 historical Jewish men and women names from the Hasmonean and Herodian dynasties.

Fixed the merchants strat for julii, fixed an army position on the strat map near Dimmidi, updated some event scripting and event images.

Fixed carthage lod issue (thanks for reporting), deleted bugged historical battles, fixed some battle animations (thanks to Lanjane), added updated Pergamon campaign map preview (thanks to milkerman).
