Added flashlight capabilities to most weapons and added further weapon skill disadvantages.

Removed Machete, adhered to LMG inventory issue and downgraded HMG to GPMG in preparation for the next update.

Added Battle Rifle and tweaked taclight tick box (will be remedied as well in EHA as a result of Barotrauma not having UI scaling for HUD elements apparently).
