Added flashlight capabilities to most weapons and added further weapon skill disadvantages.

Removed Machete, adhered to LMG inventory issue and downgraded HMG to GPMG in preparation for the next update.

<Been a while, haven't had much reason nor drive to add anything to this or even EHA.>

Added Battle Rifle and tweaked taclight tick box (will be remedied as well in EHA as a result of Barotrauma not having UI scaling for HUD elements apparently).

Added quick compatibility with the recent update (weapons can now actually be mounted onto weaponholders again).
