Fixed the LUA issue in Rotterdam

Release of 1940 Part 1 with updates to 1939

Made some additional fixes for errors and for balance on Lomza, Tomaszow-Lubelski, Training Scenario, Suomussalmi.
Made some briefing adjustments in Czestochowa and Escape From Viipuri. For SOE 1939

Made some balance adjustments in Guadalajara for balance and increased CP award for capturing Guadalajara. For Condor Legion.

Updated Release July 16, 2023

Rework to many of the scenarios on Condor Legion and 1939 campaigns. They were re-balancing of most, fixed some objectives that stopped working correctly after several PC2 patches. Updated briefing graphics with color briefing photos, custom artistic briefing photos along with some of the dialogue. Uber Heroes are colorized and their own unique artistry. The Storm Over Europe rules file has been updated and game play is somewhat more challenging. Some scripts were not correct and they have been fixed. There are now Victory screens at the end of the campaigns. All of these reworks were needed because of our work on 1940 Part 1 which we decided would have these updates and we wanted the whole mod to be uniform. It might be worth your time to replay these campaigns so you have the updated hero images.
