Hotfix version v.0.4m2

- Fixed magazine texture on AK-12 with 30 round magazines
- Added M113s and M163 VADS for editor (thanks to HotMod 1968 and ALC team for letting me)
- Added new gui sounds (thanks to ALC team)
- Added new sound effects (ATGM, Grad, grenade, aftershot/aftershell)
- Added indirect fire mode on T-90M
- Fixed a few DC cameras on some vehicles
