Hotfix version v.07h3 beta

- Fixed bug with too many AT operators on UAF infantry mechanized section (Special thanks to Eagle Never Fell for finding out how to fix the bug)
- Changed MP7 behavior to act more like an SMG rather than held like a pistol
- Slightly increased accuracy of VHS-2 bullpup rifles
- US Army infantry team leaders and combat lifesavers are now also armed with pistols
- Increased health of T2 Russian Kontraktniki from 250 HP to 275 HP
- Decreased T2b Russian Kontraktnik Squad Commander weapon skill to level 4 and he is now armed with an AK-74M with Rakurs sight rather than an AK-12 with holographic sight
- Increased weight (decreased amount of able to be carried) of 12.7mm and 14.5mm caliber ammunition
- Fixed the CROWS on M1A2 SEP Abrams tanks not being visible in thermal view

- Updated statistics of Leopard 2A7V and 2A7+ variants based on sources from Bundeswehr and Rheinmetall official info, and OSINT
- Increased turret and hull frontal armor of Leopard 2A7V and 2A7+ as they use D-tech armor and have significantly different interior and exterior compared to previous models
- Added L/55A1 120mm smoothbore guns that are capable of firing DM73 Sabot rounds into Leopard 2A7V and 2A7+ (UAF Leopard 2A7+ still gets DM63 instead of DM73)

- Decreased the amount of incendiary effect for 12.7mm API and HEI cartridges
- All GRM T2 breeds are now level 3 in weapon skill and their M16A2 is replaced by M16A4
- Removed frag grenades from GRM T1b insurgent breeds (except for the cell leader and cell leader assistant)
- Increased GRM T1b insurgent and civilian breeds HP to 150 HP (125 HP previously)
