Fix prompt for submitting the passcode being off.

I left a section in the manual there saying "Unless disabled, in the reset state," blah blah blah- Oh look! Settings!
- Add settings to limit the amount of attempts being stored overall.
- And settings to store only successful results.
-- Behavior for getting the special sound effects have been modified in this case.

- Update TP's handler for sending messages to chat, so that maybe it can react quicker.
- Change the requirement for one of the sound effects, again.
MAJOR CHANGES DENOTED HERE:
- Change the calculation procedure for obtaining the symbols, to match closely to Add Nauseum.
-- MANUAL REPRINT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS

- Add TP Message prompt, because it was in Add Nauseam
- Change restrictions for getting specific sounds
