Fixed a bug where you could spam shoot and kill an enemy twice, which results in an inaccurate enemy counter. Limited the shotgun's firing rate by a few ticks.

Fixed a bug where an enemy could be killed before it was visible, which also resulted in an inaccurate enemy counter.
