-Fixed wrong color on Funky's white tank top on his jungle-jam-blue palette

-Added Dixie Kong, Funky Kong and a work-in-progress Bowser Jr. (currently lacks dance, attack and lose animations, aswell as additional palettes and proper gear placement).
-All characters can now wear the Winged Cap gear, which was renamed to Wings to reflect its more general usage with characters that don't necessarily wear a cap, such as baddies and Yoshi.
-Fixed hat positioning for Luigi and Wario.
-Added gear support for Kong characters.
-Created palettes for characters that still didn't have any, namely Daisy, Donkey Kong, Diddy, Dixie, Funky, Wario and Waluigi. Please note Bowser Jr. currently still doesn't have any extra palettes.

-Added Hammer Bro. Comes with 5 extra palettes: Fire (Red), Boomerang (Blue), Ice (Light Blue), a black-shell one inspired on its oldschool SMAS: SMB3 colors and a Dry Bones-inspired one.
-Added an Ice extra palette to Koopa Troopa, inspired on the Hammer Bro's one.
-Made Koopa Troopa's Blue extra palette a little lighter to match Hammer Bro's one.

-Fixed mismatching colors in some poses for Toad and Shy-Guy
-Fixed some avatars having acceleration turned on
