Standard Update

• Added more props to the Casualty Department portion of the map
  
• Added 2 spinning chocolates in the main room, touch them to gain ~20hp
  
• Added 10 new props:
  
  • Small and Large version of the original crates. This fixes an issue where props become the normal sized prop despite the scale being different
    
  • Surgical Table that replaces the func_detail surgical tables
    
  • Barrel... that's it, just a barrel
• Removed half of the Casualty Department portion of the map, and the entire outside portion to make the map smaller to fit the Prop Hunt gamemode

• Tesla Coil and Flame traps do no damage to players
  
• Rare Logo prop is too big once a player becomes it
  
• The soundscape is still too loud for Prop Hunt. I know how to fix this...
