added colo(u)r to the signage, added a missing platform, shifted some deck chairs on the titan

Added Double Coilgun arrays, moved railguns from Fore|Aft to Top|Bottom, added cable holders and shifted wires.

Added some of the new outpost features, updated pathing, and shifted some stuff around (you can buy stuff from the vending machines!)

shifted around the lower deck, added two more brigs, added pipework, added dedicated crew quarters. Should feel better on the lower decks.
