THE QUALITY OF LIVES UPDATE

Added a fully functioning lives system courtesy of NotBot (Thanks!) meaning you can now pick up lives in levels.

An individual level select has been added, accessible via the WORLD SELECT menu.

Various bugs and visual glitches across the entire game have also been fixed, as is to be expected with an update as big as this one.

If you find any bugs or glitches when playing, please dump information on them in the Bugs thread on the workshop page, it is immensely helpful to me. Have fun!

Fixed a glitch with lakitu in 8-2 where he would randomly fall out of his cloud

Fixed some levels having 1 2 3 counter at start while others didn't, now no levels have 1 2 3 counter at start
