-further changes to giant helmet array, moved all custom 3/5 helmet textures to it.
-there are now over 1000 helmet variations :DDD
-added a frogskin helmet cover, hopefully someone in 2nd squad gets it so I can stare at them instead of covering my sector

-new ERDL textures, replaced all ERDL in S&S (less blurry)
-fixed tshirt TCU color, was too dark compared to regular uniforms
-added extra tshirt variants
-adjusted M1961 gear, similarly to the M1955 Vest variants
-overhauled customizable helmets, included ACE Arsenal Extended
-decimated ACE CSW SOG mortar weights, so 2 or so men can simulate a whole mortar section and stay mobile

-added poncho roll attached directly to flak, often seen in Hill Fights 1967
-added additional packboard variant with poncho roll on top of 41 pack
-adjusted flak 55/67 open variant, grenade pouch moved to belt
-V_grcb_flak_55_M61_open_alt: moved JFAK to right hip, small pouch to left hip
-added a buncha flaks with only bandoliers, common for marines in 1969-1970
-fixed TCU 1963 having no buttons
