Update 1.7.10

- Fixed some landforms not generating when using Odyssey's caravan camp feature
- Fixed outdated compatibility patch for Performance Optimizer in 1.6
- Fixed performance issue on the world map when the "Terrain" tab is open
- Fixed compatibility with the river settings from Map Designer
- Fixed River Source landform not generating correctly in some biomes

- Fixed coastal landforms not using ocean water terrain
- Fixed River Source not using biome-specific water terrain
- Fixed 'multi-biome features' toggle not affecting riverbanks
- Fixed xml loading error when the game does not have file write access
