- updated selling logic and hook behaviour, now price takes into account shipyard prices multiplier.
- hook can only be active one at time per barrel and doesnt have structure damage anymore

- fixed drag affliction being applied on humans because sometimes hooks get stuck midair and dont understand if they hit something or not leading to infinite drag affliction untill you take this hook again

- made coilgun harpoons bit more useful: now they stay attached if gunner gone away and dont snap after 20 seconds
