Description
Movable and Sellable Wrecks

This mod introduces the capability to move and sell wrecks from any mod, including the base game. It also provides a heavy industrial hook for lifting wrecks in situations where you lack a lower docking port or the wreck isn't recoverable!

To sell a wreck, simply bring it to the end of the level, as close to the transition marker as possible. When the wreck enters the sales zone, you'll receive a chat message confirming the successful sale, and then you can release the wreck. These actions will reward you and your entire sub's crew with experience for talents and money in the next round.



Please note that certain parts of wrecks, such as shuttles and some other components, may not be available for sale (e.g., Solitude drones).

For singleplayer mode, a client-side Lua is required.
In multiplayer, both server-side and client-side Lua are mandatory, and all players must have Client-Side Lua installed to prevent wreck position desynchronization issues.




How to Install Client-Side Lua

Windows Installation:

  1. Subscribe to Lua For Barotrauma.
  2. In the mods menu, enable LuaForBarotrauma.
  3. Set ServerExecutable to match the LuaForBarotrauma executable.
  4. Launch the in-game server.
  5. In the lobby, open the console window (typically 'F3').
  6. Type or copy and execute the console command:
    install_cl_lua
    .
  7. Restart the game.

Linux/Mac Installation:

For manual installation of LuaForBarotrauma on Linux or Mac, please follow the instructions here[evilfactory.github.io].

Hi:
I've been using the hook, it was very nice and big useful for me to tow the sub wrecks.

I was wondering if you guys can keep the function that one loader can shot multiple hook?
Cause my subs designs only got one depth charge loader, the previous version allow me to do multiple shot in on loader, so I can carry bigger wrecks. But the new version can only fire one hook at a time, which the first hook disappear when I fire the second.

Должно быть поправлено насчет замедления, остальное расчитывается в самих параметрах крюка, в данный момент они являются копией ванильного гарпуна для рельсотрона из этого обновления, который как раз наш крюк и заменяет

я не до конца понимаю, а как собственно рассчитывается подъёмная сила? мы играли на барсуке и стыкуясь с вреком всё в принципе логично, осуши и тащи, а вот с вреками без стыковки мне не понятно как на канатах маленький барсук может утащить полностью затопленный винтерхатер? это сделано как упрощение? или это чисто у меня ошибка? и ещё, после выстрела крюком из пускового устройства, тот кто тащи и заряда крюк замедлялся как будто бы после запуска крюка он возвращался обратно в руки. это было ещё до апдейта мб это уже поправлено?
