-Added graphical effects to all construction units I know of.
-Added new graphical effects to ports.
-Added new graphical effects to engineering ships.
-Added new graphical effects to constructors.
-Added new graphical effects to combat engineers.
-Finally fixed Khanate Scouts and their tendency to start construction and stop. Permanently.... I hope.
-Added new AI functionality.
-Added a new building for Republic. AI specific.
-Denied the AI a bunch of buildings and units that the AI really has no business making because they are kinda bad.
-Reverted some changes to trenches. They were buggy. Let the infantry die for all I care...
-Increased cost of Shogunate Banzai Squad
-Dynasty infantry have seen widespread damage and accuracy increases. Shogunate infantry has no right to be tearing through them so fast...
- Modified build priorities for several buildings. Dynasty no longer camps and fortifies their corner of the map. I hope.

-Fixed some... problems with the Ai.

Notes: Deciding not to modify the unmodified is a grave mistake.

-Modified the AI priorities of all factions ingame (Except Federation)
-Federation is avaliable in the Editor for anyone who wants to use it.

-Went through and made extensive changes to the descriptions of several buildings and units across all factions.
-Changed the prices on a few things.
-Shogunate bunkers have a bit more hp.
-Shogunate field medical base now has an actual healing aura, same with the Chen medical field base.
-Autorepair has been turned on for most/all combat engineers and builders.
-Fortifications can now be spammed. In other words, I couldnt figure out the key that would make a message pop-up and tell people they should stop building these. And the lock function wasnt working, and the autodelete function was unreliable. So i just removed the code and now everyone can spam fortifications.

-Infantry no longer take damage while in trenches. Will consider reversion. Currently republic troops deal waaay too much damage to entrenched infantry. So this is a measure against that, even my attempts at tripling the overall armor provided (from 12>24>72) was not successful.

So, maybe this will be fine?
