Breaking things in new and exciting ways!

Major Fixes
Aegi can now actually use their ships. I have no idea how or when this broke, since I tested the initial implementation and things were fine. The error I got was a new one too.

Notes
I encountered an odd issue in the first test, but the second was fine. It may not be CYOS (I actually suspect worldgen), but do let me know if you encounter any strangeness.

Avikan T5, T8 (Iguana-class Cutter, Komodo-class Heavy Cruiser)
Trink T8 (Moissanite-class Support Cruiser)

Trivia
The Condor is Tier 69. Nice. That also means compatibility with standalone BYOS is officially broken. Took longer than I expected, but this is why I included a BYOS option in CYOS.
