- Changed the adjacent land tile requirement back to 3 from 2.

- Added forced requirement for BNW. (This mod will not work without it)
- Reduced the required amount of adjacent land tiles from 3 to 2.
- Improved compatibility with other polder-editing mods.
- Improved the script that disembarks worker units that just finished a polder.

Original Release

- Polders may be placed on lakes and coast tiles with at least 3 adjacent land tiles.
- Polders may no longer be built on marshes or flood plains.
- Polders are built by embarked workers, which are consumed upon completion of the polder.
- Polders are traversable by both land and sea units.
- Polders give +2 food instead of +3, and no longer gain +1 production upon researching Economics.
- The Netherlands now has a start bias for coast instead of grasslands.
