Dtilt - Increased Range
Dattack - Last frame has more KB & Stun
Dair - launches upwards. More combo potencial
Bair - Increased Range
Dspecial - More Range
Fstrong &Dstrong - Have a slightly larger range
Magic Cooldown - Slightly Reduced
Level increases by 2 when you use Dspecial

-Nerfs

Dtilt - Deals less KB
Dattack - Deals less Damage
Nspecial - Reduced KB
Dstrong - Deals less KB

-Fixes

Fixed bug where you could use Dspecial once before the meter is charged.
