Completely reworked how the needy activates, now follows how Lolbit's movement opportunities work.

Made 2 mod settings: One for turning on/off Ventablack (Edan was begging on his knees for this), and one to change the AI level.

The AI level goes from 1-50, and can be edited in a mission by mission settings. The higher the AI level, the more often Lolbit activates. Lolbit now also deactivates after a period of time with no manual input.
