New control options in NativeOptions menu: Disable Prop response to specific turn commands when boosting props (or all times)

Modular Weapons Coding for Autocannon and Cannon have been implemented, but have no proper blocks or coding to work with right now.
These will appear later on through the Modular Multi-Weapons mod for all existing corps.
