Thanks to Mishka, a tiny but nasty bug where setting "Remove Far NPT Bases" to "Beyond 32 Tiles" immedeately crashed the game is now fixed

Fixed a critical bug where the AI would do absolutely nothing if it was set to run on the vanilla AI
