- Updated all effects to have consistent colours throughout.
- Severely improved effect rendering order.
- Grenades and Shotgun Grenades now create a shockwave + a fast light upon explosion.
- Updated all Chainsaw Explosion effects to more accurately represent the falloff from the explosion.

Lava:
- Fixed gigantic melee hit particle effect.

Ice:
- Updated bullethole decals to fit more accurately onto ice textures.

New features:
- Added a new "Ice_Slide" material for mappers to use! Uses sliding ice mechanics from SM.
