Added Moisture Tank I, II, and III.
Removed Wells III research requirement.

Added a fourth tier of Moisture Collector called "Auto Water Tank Collector". It has the same collection rate as the third tier, but with 200 storage.

Fixed an upload corruption. Not sure when the issue popped up, but Steam had the file size as 0 kb. Re-uploading the same mod fixed the issue.

Fixed an issue where you couldn't place Moisture Collectors due to "ground not flat enough".
