This is PURELY a spawner test...

which... MAY OR MAY NOT cause issues, incompatibility, etc....

but I HAD to try... so I'm gonna see what happens xD

- Added more Magikarp spawns (OCEAN TEST)
- Allowed Pokemon to attack "rafts" (COMBAT TEST)
- Adjusted the LGPE Outfits meshes

Sorry for such a quick update...
Was testing something with Squirtle and forgot to turn off "allow riding" when I was done haha

- Fixed SwSh caps not appearing on Pokemon

- Reduced the PokeCoin cost for the LGPE Outfits in the PokeMart

- Anime Caps are now only exclusive to the Generation those Pokemon first appeared in - with the exception of Pikachu since that was Ash's main Pokemon in the anime that can wear ALL of the Caps (Squirtle & Magikarp can only wear "League Expo" Cap, Mudkip can only wear "Ruby & Sapphire" Cap, & Popplio can only wear the "Sun & Moon" Cap)
- Reiterating because of the above change and the below LGPE addition to the mod, SwSh Trainer "Gym" Caps can only be worn by Pokemon who's type corresponds with the same cap (Pikachu can wear the Electric Cap, Squirtle can wear the Water Cap, etc.)
- Also, ONLY Squirtle can wear the Squirtle Bro Glasses... just covering my cosmetic bases haha
- Only the Anime Caps will be unlocked in the Player's inventory upon unlocking; The SwSh Caps & the new LGPE Outfits will only be available in the PokeMart
- Removed the Engram cost for RTSS Skills (just wanted to see how things would be if there was a cost behind it. Wasn't a fan haha)

REMOVED Skill: Pokemon Caps
- Changed up Player Caps to where Pokemon can also wear them (thus, making the Pokemon Caps skill unnecessary)

- Removing the Pokemon-version of the Squirtle Bro Glasses; Squirtle can now also wear the Squirtle Bro Glasses that can be worn by the player

RENAMED Skill: "Pathfinder In A Cap" to Pathfinder "Anime" Caps

NEW Skills: Pathfinder "Let's Go!" Outfits & Pathfinder "Sword & Shield" Gym Caps
- Only created these Skills so ALL of the caps weren't stacked under the "Pathfinder In A Cap" Skill

NEW ITEMS: Trainer Outfits (LGPE) - featuring Caps AND matching Backpacks wearable by both male and female Pathfinders
- Will not, on release, be wearable by Pikachu. Whenever Eevee is added to the mod, both Pokemon will be able to wear the LGPE Caps; TBD on the Backpacks

- Pokemon (aside from Magikarp) now have a tighter turning radius
- Switched all Pokemon to different spawners (some were spawning more often than I'd like while others were spawning significantly less often than I'd like)
- Halved the drop rate of Water Bubbles so they'll spawn 50% faster

- Added Magikarp to share spawns with the Marlin (hopefully this works. I'll try setting them up on the Trench & Mermaid City spawners if it doesn't work)
- RTSS Skills now cost 2 Points to learn (May revert it. It's all still a WIP)

- Dropped by all current and future Water Type Pokemon instead of poop (same invervals)
- Restores water, oxygen, and stamina when consumed

NEW SKILL: Pokemon Caps
- Repurposed League Expo Hat (For Pikachu); Turned it into League Expo Hat (For Pokemon)
- All Anime Caps unlocked in the "Pathfinder In A Cap" Skill (like the above League Expo Cap) now have a variant for Pokemon that ALL Pokemon and ONLY Pokemon can wear when this skill is learned. Only Pokemon of SPECIFIC types can wear specific Sword & Shield Trainer Caps (Squirtle can only wear the Water Type Cap, Pikachu can only wear the Electric Type Cap, etc. Dual-Type Pokemon later introduced can wear both Caps specific to their dual-types)
