Fixed the Tooltip text. Amazing what a missing comma can mess up.

Looks like the new changes to how tools like scissors work have made this mod mess up how clothing ripping works. By removing the old "rip clothing" recipes and simply giving the scissors the scissors tag like vanilla scissors now have, that problem should be fixed. Have fun!

Remade the mod from scratch. It should be working as of now, seeing as I just tested it and it all seems fine. If it isn't, do let me know.

Tried to change a few things to get the scissors to start spawning. Still not sure if it'll help, so let me know how to get stuff to spawn if you know how.
