v0.9 - First Public Release

Mostly finished with a few bugs still present. A handful of runes at the ready, and a cracked-out level 9 AI.

Sprites came from all over the place, some are custom made, and many actually come from Model OX in MMZX.

Couldn't be bothered to write up the whole description. I'll get around to it.
