+Fixed APC giving errors upon dead.
+Added APC (Fixed) For some people who still haven't uninstalled/disabled the old one. They're both the same APC.

-Turned off APC going to target (This what made error when you killed it since the APC Vehicle was destroyed and driver had no vehicle to control)

Upon spawning the APC it will go to the nearest enemy target path and doesn't continue moving (This is a test so far)
Added Squadname to APC (Combine)

Fixed APC when killed enemies displayed #npc_apcdriver but now displays "Combine APC"
