Added: Helipad that works since no one used the old one
Added: New Anti Vehicle spawn ram bars
Added: Lights to the Shooting Range
Fixed:arsenals not work ing
Fixed:Protection Zones not working
Fixed:Some of the lamps not working
Fixed:Some of the doors being simple objects
Removed: All the Vehicles to make it more used by all factions

Notes: im going to be making more bases for the new ZAM public Zeus Server because they removed VOIP from them and likely wont touch this base again. -Rhod
