FOB Nightgale

Description
FOB Nightgale is a FOB in the middle of the Altis Airfield.

WARNING: The airfield is spawned through an Invs heli pad so you can not move this in zeus unless you add all objects to zeus.

Last thing is that the arsenal is not a full arsenal so you will have to make it yourself or spawn your own.

Added: Helipad that works since no one used the old one
Added: New Anti Vehicle spawn ram bars
Added: Lights to the Shooting Range
Fixed:arsenals not working
Fixed:Protection Zones not working
Fixed:Some of the lamps not working
Fixed:Some of the doors being simple objects
Removed: All the Vehicles to make it more used by all factions

Notes: im going to be making more bases for the new ZAM public Zeus Server because they removed VOIP from them and likely wont touch this base again. -Rhod
