Shek restored, Scorchlanders removed. It turns out the Stormtrooper gear is not restricted to humans after all.

All references to the name Storm Bandits have been reverted. The Dust Bandits have mostly returned to their old titles, while keeping changes to their armaments and clothing. This is to make this mod compatible with the separate Version 2.0 on the workshop.
