- tips work in multiplayer now, displays a message if you have them disabled
- slightly optimized projectile amount by removing an oversight that made more projectiles than there was supposed to be, from 2139 to 1899
- updated "detail" hud for every beam, the bottom left display, they used to have a glow-ish border now it's a pure white border
- slightly buffed shotgun laser & flakbeam projectiles, slightly increased damage on both and fixed bug that made their du rounds last way less than they were supposed to
- slightly buffed acceleratinator projectiles, slightly longer age and slightly lower drag
- weapons like smoke bomb & flak no longer detonate rapidly on contact with a beam

fixed a bunch of problems with uranium stream, mainly that when combined with shotgun laser or flakbeam it retained it's original age instead of reducing it, making them extremely powerful

the damage reduction of the du rounds does actually happen now, only that it will only happen if:
either shotgun laser or flakbeam have hit the projectile, but it will multiply the base damage by 2 (still capped at 15)
both shotgun laser and flakbeam have hit the projectile, no multiplications, same as all projectiles have du rounds

smaller projectiles made by shotgun laser/flakbeam get smaller trails & impact effects accordingly when du'd
