- Added a giant squid

Changes and fixes:

- Bots can now use most steampower weaponry, which they werent able to use before (weapons that feature the bolt mechanic)
- Tweaked values for gauges to make them more responsive
- Fixed the pre-filled coal cart having no name
- Improved parasite AI
- Steam Autocannons can now be bought in outposts (i wanted a nice display sprite in the store but decided to go along with epic text)
