Fixed the bug with resetting to adjusted when adjusted was not yet set up

Added a config file for the previous settings (such as units)
Now the config file can be used to set the default offsets of the tool
The config file can be used to set the localtransform of a shape rather than just the tool transform

Bug fix with the prior update
-recentering the sliders would use the length range for angle sliders too
-recentering left out the right direction of the position

-Added buttons for recentering sliders / reverting to adjusted / resetting tool position only
-Added rudimentary options (only available through editing the first few variables in main.lua)
-Added explanatory text in the menu in game

Added the holographic voxel for easier range finding with the point location on the tool using the code of Thomasims. (with slight edits)
