General

  • Minor localization changes
  • Rooga's diplomacy skill lines weren't set to the correct Effect Scope, this has been fixed
  • Rooga is no longer added as a garrison unit when building the Scrying Pools

The Might Rooga
  • All variations of him get the default Anti-Infantry value that all Kroxigor Lords get (which is +26)
  • His default variation now starts with 0 Anti-Large

Originally, Rooga started with 30 Anti-Large by default, and as you can imagine, it stacked insanely high with his Anti-Large build and it made him insanely overpowered against creatures and that's not even factoring in gear that could've buffed it further. Eventually I plan on looking at his skill lines to rebalance them (since I didn't really do that other than band-aid solutions because laziness).

Rooga
  • All of his hero skills have been rebalanced for Radious
  • All of his equippable items have been rebalanced for Radious

Technically speaking, Rooga still probably won't be entirely balanced as the original author wanted him to be a very powerful character and I intend to follow the path that was already laid out for him. However, I did make it so he at least won't be absolutely bonkers in every situation. The only thing that I'd say is still objectively too powerful is his anti-large capability when using his Hunter build.

  • Rooga is now categorized as "Monstrous Infantry" like all other Kroxigor for consistency

  • Now has the Damage Dealer trait on his unit card
  • Now has the Anti-Infantry trait on his unit card
  • Added Armor-Sundering trait
  • Now has an armor-sundering contact effect
  • Removed the Aquatic trait and passive from his unit card following vanilla consistency with other Kroxigor units
  • Removed the Scaly Skin trait and passive from his unit card following vanilla consistency with other Kroxigor units
The Mighty Rooga (Protector)
  • Now has the Melee Expert trait on his unit card
  • Removed the Aquatic trait and passive from his unit card following vanilla consistency with other Kroxigor units
  • Removed the Scaly Skin trait and passive from his unit card following vanilla consistency with other Kroxigor units
The Mighty Rooga (Hunter)

Aside from the necessary rebalance for Radious, I've made it so Rooga's default variation is more appealing to choose so that way all variations have their own strengths and weaknesses. Originally, there was almost no reason not to use his Protector or Hunter variation over the default.

I've yet to evaluate his skill tree so changes to that will come at a later time when I get the chance to actually use him in campaign.
