Mission 2: Enemy fighters start from cold (and have reduced default altitude). Mission 4: Lowered bomber's altitude. Set more bomb events.

Mission 4: Bomber set to bomb waypoint. Grounded aircraft set to cold. Escort set default behaviour to orbit airfield (same as bomber).

All missions: 2 spawn points for each flyable aircraft. Players can spawn as AH-94 gunner. Added 4th mission (not yet tested).
