-Changed the stat calculation script to be added instead of replacing the original file.

Updated "Armor Up" skills to use "Physical Resistance", no longer grants immunity against standard attacks.

-Recalculated info using a "neutral" character for more accurate numbers.
-Moved the config balance changes to this mod from the base mod.
-Reduced "Protection" scaling for:
"Strength" Protection(-84%)
"Endurance" Protection(-88%)
"Endurance" Physical resistance (-80%)
-Nerfed armor granted by the "Armor Up" skills, from max 10 to max 6.5. (You can get all skills with this mod so it was needed)
