Version 4.10
Made several improvements to the Bannermen feature. It now lists the number of vassals that answers to you, the total military strength of your realm, and how many vassals are currently in Open Rebellion.

Added a new game rule to disable de jure Title Creation for empire-tier and kingdom-tier titles, requiring them to be founded via decision instead.

Added a new game rule to customize Faith Reformation, allowing you to change the requirements to 2 holy sites, 1 holy site, or disable the requirement completely.

Added a new collapsible decisions group called Vassal Decisions.

Added -35 and -40 options for the General Opinion game rule.

AI will now form custom Kingdoms and Empires more often.

Version 4.09
Added a Belligerence rule that allows vassals, under certain conditions, to openly challenge their liege's authority, refusing to serve as knights or commanders and declining all call to arms for both civil wars and external wars.

However, this grants the liege an imprisonment and title revocation reason on the vassal.

Added a Diverse World that converts all rulers to random cultures and faiths at the start of the game, best used with shattered world.

Added a General Opinion rule that allows you to decrease the baseline opinion for all characters, creating a more treacherous and unpredictable world.

Added a Title Men at Arms Limit rule that allows you to increase or decrease the maximum MAA that can be recruited for administrative realms.

Added a Men at Arms Limit reduction rule to decrease the maximum MAA for all characters globally.

Added a Life Expectancy rule that allows you to decrease the average lifespan of characters, making the game harder.

Made various AI improvements, balance changes, and bug fixes.

Version 4.08
Added several new features and made improvements to existing ones.

The Commander Restrictions feature allows you to limit commander eligibility to courtiers, dynasty members, house members, family, or only the ruler themselves.

The Shattered World feature destroys all titles and makes each ruler only start with one holding.

The Tribal World feature switches all feudal or administrative rulers to the tribal government type.

Bannermen mode now applies a 75% levy reduction instead of 50%. The number of bannermen on each side will now be listed in the war participation UI as well.

Added a dukes option to the Knight Restrictions game rule.

Overhauled the war exhaustion system, penalties will now last longer for offensive wars.

Added a new feature: Knight Restrictions. Vassals who are called to war can no longer serve as knights. Instead, they will focus on commanding their own armies.

There are also additional settings to add title rank requirements (like preventing king and duchy-tier vassals from serving).

Reworked Imperial Armies. Administrative realms will no longer call their vassals automatically. Instead, governors can be forced to join a war regardless of opinion by spending influence.

Added a herd size reduction game rule for nomadic realms.

Calling the banners now has a delay. Each vassal will take a variable amount of time before responding to your call to arms.

Various bug fixes and general mod clean-up for old code.

Removed some base game overrides for certain triggers and effects.

Several files have also been deleted, since the changes are no longer needed.

Version 4.01
Added support for the Khans of the Steppe DLC.

Vassals who would lose or gain a title as a result of a war can now call their own banners to assist their liege.

Players who choose to remain neutral when called to arms will now become Oathbreakers if the bannermen feature is enabled.

Added a new game rule to allow Kingdom-tier vassals and Duchy-tier vassals to call their bannermen to war.

Changed the AI interval for the "Call the Banners" decision from 30 months to 12 months, so they do it more consistently.
