Fixed a typo that made it so Energize had no ability. Whoops.

-Fixed a certain Combat Page for better compatibility with other mods
-Feedback's Light restore is now [On Clash Win] instead of [On Hit]
-Fixed WARP Drive's protection ignore, also gave it a smidge more fragile

Implemented Localization Manager and removed unnecessary Harmony related files. Changed card and keypage ids, so any that you had will be gone. Most cards were rebalanced. Card art has been removed for now, it might return later (or not...).
