New cool features coming in next update!

- Added cooldown to knockout effect: players can't be knocked out twice within short time interval (10-15s).
- Reinforced havens won't be destroyed immediately after blowing them up. Instead they will lose 1 reinforcement level and stay damaged. You can continue to blow up haven until it loses all reinforcement charges. (in testing)
- Fixed: Airdrops could sometimes be destroyed due to fall damage and collisions.
- Fixed: Traps/Mines were not saving after restart if put via action menu.
- Fixed: Bear traps were not working if put via double-click. (Bear-traps still have "safe-time" window interval of about 2 minutes when they won't inflict damage)
- Increased armor for all lockable Tanoa buildings.
