Haven storage chest bugfix

- Tembelan visual upgrade.
- Undead class bugfix.

Hotfix

- Adrenaline effect reworked: Adrenaline use now temporary mitigates all pain effects (including leg fracture), boosts running speed and increases health. Upon effect wear-off all benefits are lost.

Damage & health:
- Increased bleed damage.
- Increased max health of all playable characters. This along with bleed change shall incentivize more dynamic gameplay.
- Reduced zombies damage.
- Increased resting regeneration speed.
- Rebalanced and increased heal of all food items.
- Fixed inability to apply surgery on yourself in some occasions.

- Added 2 new random mushroom effects. Can affect character movement.
- Hunter clothing capacity perk improved.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed all known error pop-ups.
- Loot bugfixes and improvements.
- Fixed free haven chest (could disappear after restart).

- Fixed inability to reload turrets in helis and trucks.
- Fixed Bayonette and Melee rifle attack spam.
- Added ability to attack with rifle in melee for more guns.
- Removed Ghost hotel region.
- New plane spawns.
