- Be a pirate and hook more stuff at the first world's tick so other mods don't steal our gold (overload our hooked functions)

- Fixed that the DisableMines option was not working
- Fixed that the plugin hooks were registered twice when reloading it.
- Fixed compatible issues with CompMod
- Cover up for higher network latencies (up to 500 ms), so the status messsage uses the correct parameters.

- Changed the way how the status messages get networked:
This makes them ways less buggy, so they get removed properly
Less network traffic and server load.

- Fixed that the armor/weapon upgrade status gui did not show up with pregame++ enabled.

Fixed pgp gestate function not overloading comp mod correctly (causing long evolving times in pgp)
