Fix some exceptions

Now sends a message to TP chat when it is ready to be solved.

Make R'lyehian letters lowercase (to be consistent with the other R'lyehian mods)

Major update! but only for TP
The module will now no longer solve immeidately upon finding the correct word.
The 'done' command can be used upon finding the word to solve the module instead.

Fixed a bug where querying an invalid word while viewing a previous query page would cause the lights to still be shown.

The same encoding will now never appear more than once between three consecutive queries.

Fixed a bug in which past queries with the Boozleglyph encoding did not have the same set as when they were queried.
