Added new customization rule: bUnknownAlliesAsDarkVIPs. This flag will allow for Soldier only AU units to be picked from the CP when rolling with bUseSoldiers set to false and bUseDarkVIPs set to true

Major update!

======== Allies Unknown =========
Adds native support for Allies Unknown units (minus Vipers due to skeletal issues) to MOCX!

- Allows for AU units to be used from the Character Pool
- Allows for AU units to be randomly rolled and assigned a Dark Class
- Allows for AU units to be captured and converted into XCOM units with all of their racial bonuses and skills applied
- Allows for AU MOCX enemies to be granted bonus Racial Stat modifies (requires Custom Stat Abilities)
- Allows for AU MOCX enemies to be granted bonues Racial Abilities (can be expanded to apply racial abilities to Soldier/SkirmisherSoldier/TemplarSoldier if desired)
- Allows for Sangheili Elites to be captured and given their Elite class instead of the normal Dark Class Counterpart

======== Custom Hero Classes =========
Adds native support to allow for counterpart classes aside from Skirmisher, Templar, or Reaper to be assigned to DarkReclaimed and DarkZealots.

- Allows for DarkReclaimed and DarkZealot to change their counterpart class to another custom hero class and that class will be applied
- Does NOT allow for random rolling of multiple hero classes

Fixed issue introduced in last round of fixes where if bUseSoldier or bUseDarkVIPs was set to false it would allow Soldiers and VIPs into the MOCX pool

Fixed a bug for pulling CP units when both bUseSoldiers and bUseDarkVIPs were set to true.

Also, added console commands for regenerating MOCX units that were created incorrectly.

Fixed issue where Hero units could become regular soldiers when bUseCharacterPoolClass was set to false. Hero units should now be ONLY assignable to their correct Hero equivalents regardless of how the rules are configured.

Updated the default configs to disable the Forced Character Pool options. Should make it more user friendly for plug-and-play customization with MOCX.
