-Changed Brig door to automatically stay open, to be toggled closed, rather than the other way around, as this was confusing to people and didnt account for crews without captains / sec
-Increased the light given off by most interior lighting

-Fixed issue with untargetable docking port remaining closed during docking, due to station overlap with button hitbox. Top hatch now remains open when docked and airlock interior door is now manual when docked. This shouldn't impede it's use as a regular airlock when undocked and in mission. -Thanks to zeyv for pointing this issue out.
