- Adjusted Location of Wall ATMs in the Lobby so the wall no longer clips through and spawned money isn't far into the floor

Changes:
- Added a Random Box to the Vent that can block the exit to the Fire Ladder if it spawns. This is to combat strategies that solely focus on silently getting the Middle Vault with for example Joker which has very little counterplay since most cop classes can only enter the Vault through the Vent, which requires them to leave the building

- Fixed a few Windows existing twice, which resulted in them taking two shots before destroyed, which was unintended and confusing
