* bend is teated as segment
* new HasUnbrokenMedian flag: The continues junction median mod does not hide DC nodes originating from this segment end (if any). useful to hide unnecessary no-uturn, no-far-turn props which is no longer necessary if there is a median barrier preventing these actions.
