Mod updated.

Did not update the Steam version of the mod with the correct weapon file causing the following:

- Reaper guns were not available to Artemis class ships
- Vamilla Frigates could mount Artemis Torpedoes.

Updated to Version 4.1.1.

Changes:

##### IMPORTANT. Adjust you Frigate / Artemis designs in the ship-designer. #####
- Moved the KSE Lancer and KSE Reaper sections from frigate-class to the artemis-class.
- Deleted the KSE frigate sections and .assets from the mod to be in-line with KGE 2.0.

Adjustments:
- Ship sizes of KSE genuine ship-classes.

Fixes:
- Fixed loca entries.
- Logic error in the Artemis tech tree.

##### IMPORTANT FOR SAVE GAME USERS #####

The old frigate is not existing any more!
If you have designed a frigate that uses the Artemis components your design is no longer valid!
To access the new Artemis class frigate in an onging game do the following:
- Open the ship-designer.
- Select the Artemis class from the "New Design" drop down menu.
- You will see an empty design.
- Select "Auto-complete"
- Save the auto-designed ship.
- The new Artemis frigate is now available for you to design.
- Adjust your design of the now "standard frigate" in the ship designer.

New:
- Artemis frigate ship-class. NSC and ACOT compatible. Not available to the AI.
- Artemis specific technologies and components.

Changes:
- Removed the frigate ship-size file from the mod.
- Ported all former frigate technologies to the Artemis ship class.
- The VSE battleship reactor has more power now to fit the power consumption of a full battle-carrier design.

Fixes:
- Introduction of the Artemis class resolves the issues caused by the NSC overwrites of 00_ship_size.txt.
- Fixes the "Frigate not visible in preview" glitch for all other ship-sets.
