Big update. New stats:
Player Damage: 25
Block Damage: 1
ROF: 10
Zoom: 2
Mag cap: 36
No of mags: 4
Hipfire: 130
Scope: 12
Max: 150

It's not an assault rifle, it's not a sniper, it's a marksman's rifle. It's more accurate than an AR, but it needs (and has) more shots to put a target down. It's a sniper that can still do rapid fire.
